Upon purchase of a new NetEqualizer from APConnections,Inc. initial installation support via phone or email is covered in the purchase price (if you purchase from a Reseller, please refer to their policy for support). We also ship the unit with the latest software installed, and include our Quick Start Guide Manual. Contact our Support Team at 303.997.1300 x102 or support@apconnections.net for help with your installation. Installation Support outside our normal support hours may be available. We recommend that you contact Support to arrange this in advance of your planned installation window. For post-installation support, we require customers to have a current NetEqualizer Software & Support (NSS) contract. NSS is a yearly renewable software & support contract that can be purchased with your unit or at any time thereafter. Email or call us at admin@apconnections.net or 303.997.1300 x105, to purchase NSS or to see if you are current on NSS for your existing units. NSS terms and conditions details what is covered. Customers who purchase NSS receive a set number of support hours and access to Software Updates, which are typically released two (2) times per year.
